Ladies 2's: 6:30 - 8pm
Mens 1's/2's and Ladies 1's: 8 - 9:30pm
Both sessions will be taken by Nikki Bruce, who is a qualified Level 2 Hockey Coach!
Please arrive 15 minutes before Training in order to warm up properly, so that we can get maximum training time on the pitch!
If you are unable to make training please let your Captain know, so that they can inform Nikki Bruce.
Players are expected to attend Training every week, unless they have a valid reason not to do so
